The main difference between these two plants is the chemical composition that they are comprised of. Both of them produce CBD and THC but in different amounts. In order for a Hemp plant to be considered a hemp plant they have to contain less than 0.3% THC , while on the other hand Marijuana plants contains up to 30% THC.
